AND TAKE FURTHER EQUITABLE NOTICE THAT THIS IS A CONTRACT, and failure to answer and rebut this affidavit is acquiescence.  This contract becomes law if you fail to rebut within 72 hours of receipt.

I declare and let it be known by all immigration clerks, Secretaries of State, judges, and clerks for now, and forever “I am a Californian National and American National but not a citizen of the United States or United States national, nor will I ever be a U.S. citizen or U.S. national.” [28 U.S. Code 3002 (15)(A)].  

“I have taken an oath and made an affirmation, formal declaration of allegiance to a foreign state and made a formal renunciation of nationality in the United States [28 U.S. Code 3002 (15)(A)]. Furthermore, I have not been convicted of a Federal or State drug offense or convicted of a “sex tourism” crimes statute, and I am not the subject of an outstanding Federal, State, or local warrant of arrest for a felony; a criminal court order forbidding my departure from the United States; a subpoena received from the United States in a matter involving federal prosecution for, or grand jury investigation of, a felony.”

In harmony with 28 U.S.C. § 1746(1), I declare under the pains and penalties for making or giving false testimony under the laws for the united States of America, and the republic state of California, that the foregoing is true, correct, and materially complete.
